This class is a modern form of belly dance which was created by fusing American Tribal Style belly dance and American Cabaret belly dance. Artists frequently incorporate elements from Popping, Hip Hop, ‘Egyptian’ or ‘Cabaret’ belly dance, as well as movement principles from traditional forms such as Flamenco, Kathak, Odissi, and other folkloric and classical dance styles.
Learn the classic cabaret jazz techniques. Typically the style of dance you see on Broadway, concerts or television. Students warm up with stretching, isolations, strengthening exercises, and “across the floor” exercises such as turns and leaps.The class ends with a combination that is usually fast-paced and danced to popular music.
This is a high energy, classic, and sexy 60 min of action packed fun. A combination of jazz and burlesque inspired movements. This choreography class will have cabaret elements with energy packed grinding. Combine those oh-so teasing and pleasing types of hip circles that are essential to classic burlesque with how to quiver and shake to the delight of those around you.
Booty Lab & Cardio
This is a rhythmic intense movement class for working up a sweat. Want to whip that butt into shape? We will have you moving up a storm and get that booty into action.
1920s Gatsby Jazz
This class with have you a jitterbuggin! Learn the classic 1920 moves and charleston variations. Get back to an era of 1920s Ragtime, Jazz & Style! This entertaining, bubbly workshop remind you of a far back era of ragtime jazz!

West Coast Swing
West Coast Swing (WCS) is a partner dance! It is characterized by a distinctive elastic look that results from its basic extension-compression technique of partner connection. It is danced primarily in a smooth (no bounce) slotted area on the dance floor and can be danced to a wide range of music including Rhythm and Blues, Country Western, Funk, Disco, Rock and Pop. The dance also allows for both partners to improvise steps while dancing together.
