Gentle Yoga
-is an introductory class for students who are new to Yoga. This class focuses on poses to stretch and strengthen the legs, back, and shoulders. Emphasis is given to the basic alignment of the standing poses.
Go With The Flow Yoga-Come as you are to this class and shine your light on the whole community. Moving with the rhythms of varietal music, your heart will expand and you will feel yourself begin to sparkle and shimmer. This big-hearted, exuberant yoga class will make you glad to be alive.
Hatha Yoga-Hatha Yoga uses postures (asanas) and stretches in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation. There are many styles of Hatha Yoga. Some use a specific series of postures; others use a flow of movements, while some may use props such as blocks or belts to assist a posture or maximize a stretch. Proper alignment of the body, balance, strength and calmness are to be expected.
Healthy Back Yoga-Does your back hurt? Do you feel tight and stiff, restrained in your movements? By lengthening connective tissue, expanding your range of motion, and improving your posture, yoga can protect against back injury and help you recover from painful conditions. We’ll learn to stretch and strengthen our entire body as a way to support a strong and healthy back. If you have a history of lower back pain, known disc damage, or a recent lower back injury, this class is for you! We strongly encourage you to check with your health care provider prior to beginning class.
Vinyasa Flow-Vinyasa yoga flow is a strong and dynamic practice that cultivates strength and balance and the postures follow the breath. It makes us more observant of ourselves and brings us into the present. We develop greater focus, coordination, strength, and also intuition and creativity. In the postures we find a balance between firmness and comfort, stability and fluidity: sthira and sukha. We honor our mind, body and spirit each day, and our practice builds fluid strength, awakens our consciousness and our hearts, and brings healing and connection with our higher selves.
Yin and Restorative Yoga-The perfect class for deep stretching and the surrender of a restorative practice combined in one class.

-This class is a modern form of belly dance which was created by fusing American Tribal Style belly dance and American Cabaret belly dance. Artists frequently incorporate elements from Popping, Hip Hop, ‘Egyptian’ or ‘Cabaret’ belly dance, as well as movement principles from traditional forms such as Flamenco, Kathak, Odissi, and other folkloric and classical dance styles
Bombshell Shimmy-This is a high energy, classic, and sexy 60 min of action packed fun. A combination of jazz and burlesque inspired movements. This choreography class will have cabaret elements with energy packed grinding.
1920s Gatsby Jazz-Learn the dance of the ages, these historic dances are fast paced and energetic, like the optimistic 1920’s themselves. Learn charleston variations and so much more!
Booty Lab & Cardio-This is a booty shaking and toning choreography class. Want to whip that butt into shape? We will have you moving up a storm and get that booty into action.
Video Vixens-Love the moves you see in music videos and on stage? Want to find your inner video vixen? Come get sexy with instructor Bree Washington in All That Glitters newest dance class, focusing on slow motion pop/r&b moves to the latest music! Bring your high socks, high heels, and your attitude!
Chair Dancing-Fun, flirty….and with a chair! Great for your thighs (calves too if you dare to wear heels) your bum, and abs. Exercise your body and your memory as you’ll learn a new routine in each class. Whoever thought a chair could be so effective?!
Jayla’s Jazz-A jazz cabaret class open to all levels of training. Come drop in and have some fun. It’s about learning some basic techniques, strengthening, flexibility and fun and sexy choreography! Hope to see you all there!
