Kate’s specialty is yoga that restores the body, nurtures the immune system, and soothes stress and anxiety. She teaches techniques that strengthen the mind and heart to manage the stress of modern life.

In 2008, Lucy received her teacher’s cert. from the Aloha Yoga Kula in Hawaii and she brings the warmth of the Aloha Spirit to all of her classes. While she feels blessed to have experienced the gift of studying Iyengar technique and Vinyasa flow, Lucy’s classes are a mixture of several styles. Lucy teaches Gentle Yoga on Tuesdays at 10:45am, Hatha Yoga on Saturday at 9:00am and Healthy Back Yoga on Saturday at 11:00am.
As a certified, insured and registered yoga instructor, Sprout brings 10 years of teaching experience, and over 20 years of study to the development of these classes and workshops. Her class will use mantra, mudra, and breath work, to deepen our experience. Students will learn how to work with life force energy to improve mind body connection.
